Accessibility Statement
Brio Property Solutions LLC is committed to providing a website and service experience that people with disabilities can use with dignity, independence, and substantially equivalent access.
Our accessibility standard
We aim to design, develop, and maintain this website in substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. WCAG is a technical standard developed by the World Wide Web Consortium. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, and this statement is not a claim that every page, feature, or third-party component is error-free or formally certified.
Measures we take
- use semantic page structure, descriptive headings, labels, and alternative text;
- support keyboard navigation and visible keyboard focus;
- maintain readable text, scalable layouts, and responsive mobile presentation;
- provide reduced-motion behavior when a device requests it;
- identify form errors and status messages in ways assistive technology can announce;
- review color contrast, interactive targets, and content clarity during updates; and
- offer human assistance when a digital feature creates a barrier.
Known limitations and third-party content
Some embedded, automated, media, mapping, scheduling, payment, document, or AI-assisted features may be supplied by third parties and may not always meet the same accessibility level as Brio-controlled content. Older files or content supplied by customers or partners may also present limitations. We work to select accessible tools, configure them responsibly, and provide an alternative path when a barrier is reported.
Request help or report a barrier
If you have difficulty accessing information, completing a form, using the web assistant, or requesting service, email support@briopropertysolutions.com with “Accessibility Help” in the subject line.
Please include the page or feature involved, the problem you encountered, the assistive technology or browser used if you are comfortable sharing it, and the best way to contact you. Do not include passwords, payment-card information, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within two business days and provide the information or service through an accessible alternative while we evaluate the barrier.
Alternative service access
Accessibility support is free. If a website feature is not usable for you, Brio can provide reasonable assistance through email or another mutually workable method. Requesting an accommodation will not affect service eligibility or pricing.
Continuous improvement
We periodically review the site as content, integrations, and standards change. Feedback from people who use assistive technology is especially valuable and helps us prioritize remediation.
Standards and guidance
Our accessibility work is informed by the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 and the U.S. Department of Justice’s Guidance on Web Accessibility and the ADA.
